UPDATE QUALIFICATION
The Board of FIFe has granted an exception to article 2.6.4 of the Show Rules regarding qualifications of all cats participating at Winner shows in 2021. The 13 months qualification period has already started and at the moment cats have no possibility to qualify.
This would be valid for all Winner shows, which are currently listed on the Show Calendar, until 01.06.2021 and to all cats belonging to individual FIFe members for all FIFe Winners shows in 2021.
So the Baltic winner show 2020 will be open for all cats, regardless of their qualification

UPDATE COVID-19 SITUATION
From September 14. The countries affected will be those in which the incidence of COVID-19 in the last 14 days no longer exceeds 16 cases as before, but 25 cases per 100 thousand population.
From Monday (14 September) isolation will no longer be required upon arrival from Germany, Sweden, Poland, Bulgaria, Norway, Iceland, Serbia and Liechtenstein, the Ministry of Health announces. As before, isolation will not be mandatory for those coming from Latvia, Estonia, Cyprus or Finland.
